Like most neighborhoods in Academy School District 20, Cordera showed signs of an improving market. Though the average and median sales prices were down, all other indicators were positive. There are 15 pending properties in Cordera, the highest number in over three years. Only 5 new Cordera properties were added to the market in April, almost half of what was added in April 2011. Inventory remains a bit high at 7 months as does Days on Market. For the fifth straight month, there were no distressed property sales.
