Keller Williams Releases Mobile Search App with Agent Branding
I continue to be amazed at all the great tools Keller Williams makes available to their real estate agents across the country.
Two years ago, Keller Williams released a suite of tools to help new agents build their business. This suite of tools called eEdge, provides all the tools a new agent needs to get started in the business. eEdge includes the contact database, lead management system, marketing system, and a Buyer Property Search website. This is on top of the eAgentC websites. All these tools are integrated, meaning that when a consumer registers on the property search site, the contact information is automatically loaded into the lead management system while the agent is notified by email and text message that the consumer has just registered on their website. Then the agent can properly manage the consumer by setting them up on an automatic email drip campaign to keep in touch.
In addition to the database, eEdge includes a marketing system that allows the agent to prepare the necessary marketing materials for a new listing.
Last year Keller Williams released the "Your Listings Your Leads" to ensure that an agent's listings are tied to the agent on many of the third party tools. This allows the listing agent to answer the consumer's questions about their listing.
Well, the latest release is a new mobile property search app that is branded for each agent. This app is compatible with the most popular smart phones, iPhone and Android, as well as the iPad.
