Beaver Hikes, Bring Your Own Adult and a Powwow - just another weekend of great things to do in the Springs!

Beaver Moon Night Hike

Fountain Creek Nature Center
Get a glimpse of nature’s engineer in his natural habitat during this evening program for all ages. A hike to a beaver lodge is part of the night's activities. Call 719-520-6387 for reservations

BYOA at the Colorado Springs Pioneer Museum
Sept. 21 | 10AM - 5PM
215 S. Tejon Street
Children are invited to BYOA (Bring Your Own Adult) and to help in exploring their family history with the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. Self-guided tours, crafts, and activities will emphasize the importance of preserving family history by sharing memories, stories, and objects between generations. Guests will receive their own Family History “journal.”

In addition to a 5k run/walk benefitting the Colorado Springs Humane Society, there will be local vendors, pet demonstrations and contests, a parade and even a furry canine costume contest. Pawtoberfest registration and information

The powwow will include traditional and educational Events, as well as Native American arts & crafts and food vendors.

USAFA Soccer Fields
The Lady Falcons take on the Drexel Dragons before hitting the road for a series of away games.
